Our policy is to take anything back where a customer is unhappy with the goods - within 7 days of delivery (or attempted delivery) and a full refund of the purchase price will be made within 30 days of the return, subject to the following conditions being met:
If goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, we will replace the products free of charge providing we are notified within 7 days of actual or attempted delivery. Our Customer Service department will be happy to arrange this.
If you wish to pay using your Paypal account then send the total monies to email@example.com and select the cheque option as the method of payment on our site and put in the comments box that you have paid via Paypal.
The Royal Mail Postage Charges have been increased on the 31st March 2016. The Fat Quarters have looked at the prices of a variety of Couriers and Royal Mail still are the most competitive in most cases.
