Payment

We offer a number of options to pay. You can use Cheque, Credit or Debit Card either via the website or over the phone. Cheques need to be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

We do not take Americian Express.

We also take payment via Paypal.

Security

To prevent fraud your credit card details are sent over the internet using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Credit Card companies offer general protection against fraud. Ask you credit card company for details on the level of protection they offer.

Receipts

We will dispatch printed confirmation of your order to the delivery address.

No credit facility is offered.

Title of the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full.

No goods are tested or sold as being fit for a specific purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.

If any condition in this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable it shall be deemed separate to the rest of the agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of the terms.

These terms and conditions and agreements herein entered into shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit any proceedings to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All images featured on our website are as representative of our product range as possible. Please be aware that due to the varied settings of individual computers and monitors, colours etc. may vary slightly from actual products offered.

Postage Rates

A standard rate of £1.95 for purchases up to £100. FREE POSTAGE for purchases over £100. THIS APPLIES TO THE UK ONLY.

For Deliveries to Europe and Worldwide, Actual Rates will be applied at the time of processing. We cannot be responsible for packages sent outside the UK.

International Orders

The shopping facilities offered on this site are quoted in UK pounds sterling only.

Any out of area delivery surcharges are also applied again in the event of a non delivery, customer return or cancellation after the goods have been dispatched. Cancellations before the goods are dispatched are treated as for UK customers.

Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.

Shipping and Returns

Our Shipping prices are based on the value of your order and are as follows:

Purchases up to £100 Postage is £1.95
Orders over £100 Postage is free (UK only).

From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are the Customer's responsibility and the Customer has to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.
