Delivery
Our Shipping prices are based on the value of your order and are as follows:
Purchases up to £150 Postage is £1.95
Over £150 Free Postage.
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are the Customer’s responsibility and the Customer has to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy is to take anything back where a customer is unhappy with the goods - within 7 days of delivery (or attempted delivery) and a full refund of the purchase price will be made within 30 days of the return subject to the following conditions being met:
Damaged Goods
If goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition we will replace the products free of charge providing we are notified within 7 days of actual or attempted delivery. Our Customer Service department will be happy to arrange this.

We offer a number of options to pay. You can use Cheque, Credit or Debit Card either via the website or over the phone. Cheques need to be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
We do not take Americian Express.
If you wish to pay using your Paypal account then send the total monies to sales@thefatquarters.co.uk and select the cheque option as the method of payment on our site & put in comments box that you have paid by Paypal.
If contacting us by telephone call 01207 565728 between 10am - 4pm Monday-Saturday. We will process your order immediately.
If contacting us by email please do not give your credit card details on line. We will call you between 10am - 4pm the same or following day and process your order straight away.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PATTERNS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS IS TO PROTECT THE DESIGNERS FROM ANY BREACH OF COPYRIGHT.
As of the 1st March 2009, we require the last three security digits from the back of your card. Without this number we are unable to process your card details.
A standard rate of £1.95 for purchases up to £150. FREE POSTAGE for purchases over £150. THIS APPLIES TO THE UK ONLY.
For Deliveries to Europe & Worldwide Actual Rates will be applied at the time of processing. We cannot be responsible for packages sent outside the UK.
